    MEJORANDO LA EXPRESIÓN ORAL MEDIANTE EL MÉTODO WALDORF EN LOS NIÑOS Y NIÑAS DE CUATRO AÑOS SECCIÓN B DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA INICIAL “VÍCTOR ANDRÉS BELAUNDE”, CERRO COLORADO, AREQUIPA, 2023

    The Waldorf method focuses on the complete development of children, promoting oral expression through rhythmic activities, narration and work in small teams through enriching and encouraging environments, which allow them to develop communicative and linguistic skills fundamental for their personal and academic growth... In this regard, this work presents the results of a study that aimed to improve oral expression through the Waldorf method in four-year-old boys and girls. This research was do under a qualitative methodology and action research design; with the participation of 23 boys and girls from the 4-year-old classroom, section “B” of the “Víctor Andrés Belaunde” Initial Educational Institution of the Cerro Colorado District, Arequipa. In this place was applied an action plan with 18 activities that incorporated strategies such as the use of rhymes and stories, the promotion of critical and creative thinking, and the development of a free environment to improve oral expression. To collect this information, we used instruments such as field diary, evaluation rubric and interview questionnaire. Data processing was do based on their triangulation. The results show that the boys and girls experienced positive changes in their oral expression, adjusting their vocal tone and speaking calmly to improve understanding, even those initially reserved felt more comfortable participating, in addition, they improved in fluency, clarity and vocabulary, expressing emotions, describing daily activities and using connectors to organize responses coherently.
