    The present research work entitled Strengthening critical thinking through situated learning in 5-year-old students of the Educational Institution 40694 Camineros Empleados, Yura, Arequipa, 2023 is framed in the qualitative action research methodology, which arises from based on the needs of children, therefore this research has the general objective of strengthening critical thinking through situated learning in 5-year-old students of the Educational Institution 40694 Center for Pedagogical Innovation, the unit of analysis is 25 students of 5 years. Finally, the conclusion reached in the thesis is that the situated learning strategy has been favorable because the children were led to experiment in said context, thereby demonstrating participation by asking questions based on their curiosity to propose actions that help them reflect on different problematic situations, solving with clear, concise and coherent ideas, where they allow students to analyze and reason.     El presente trabajo de investigación titulado, “Fortaleciendo el pensamiento crítico a través de aprendizaje situado en los estudiantes de 5 años de la Institución Educativa 40694 Camineros Empleados, se enmarca en la metodología de investigación acción con tipo cualitativo, el cual surge a partir de la necesidad de los niños, por ello esta investigación tiene como objetivo general fortalecer el pensamiento crítico a través de aprendizaje situado en los estudiantes de 5 años de la Institución Educativa 40694 Camineros Empleados, la unidad de análisis es de 25 estudiantes de 5 años “A” de la I.E. Camineros Empleados. Y objetivos específicos como Identificar el nivel de desarrollo del pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes de 5 años de la I.E. 40694 Camineros Empleados, Yura, Arequipa, 2023, Desarrollar el pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes de 5 años de la I.E. 40694 Camineros Empleados, Yura, Arequipa, 2023, Aplicar la estrategia de aprendizaje situado en los estudiantes de 5 años de la I.E. 40694 Camineros Empleados, Yura, Arequipa, 2023, Evaluar el nivel de impacto del plan de acción en los estudiantes de 5 años de la I.E. 40694 Camineros Empleados, Yura, Arequipa, 2023. Finalmente, se plantea que las conclusiones de la tercera parte de la tesis, está relacionada con los resultados obtenidos de cuadros y registros realizados por medio de diversos instrumentos como el diario de campo, entrevista y rúbrica, logrando satisfactoriamente un nivel logrado en el pensamiento crítico de los niños durante la investigación.
