    The thesis entitled "Motor games to develop gross motor skills in 3-year-old boys and girls of the Francisco Bolognesi Initial Educational Institution, Cayma, Arequipa - 2022", was raised by the observation that was made in praxis, being the most relevant problem within the research population, for which it was determined that motor skills are of the utmost importance for the progress of the students, which will allow them to correctly exercise their motor skills throughout their lives. The proposed objective is the implementation of motor games to develop gross motor skills in 3-year-old boys and girls of the I.E.I. Francisco Bolognesi, Cayma - Arequipa. Regarding the methodology, our research design is action and the approach is qualitative. The population and sample is made up of 17 3-year-old toddlers, as information collection instruments the observation sheet, interview card with parents, and interview card with the teacher were used. Therefore, the researchers conclude that the implementation of motor games through psychomotor workshops successfully managed to improve gross motor skills in 3-year-old children with reference to their basic motor skills, this was with the application of various traditional games. , recreational and innovative where the children developed with different actions that allowed optimal motor development, achieving the objective initially set.
