This means that a diagnosis was carried out based on research tools in accordance with the need to collect data for the development of the research. This tool was: The questionnaire, the data returned by this tool provided us with part of the information necessary to propose an appropriate proposal for the research. Our sample is non-probabilistic since the selection process was intentional and is based on the teachers, there are 15 initial educational institutions. A general conclusion was reached when analyzing the outline of the reading plan applied by teachers who work with 5-year-old boys and girls in early education educational institutions, it was determined that the majority of teachers do not have the complete outline of the reading plan.
