This research was a pre-experimental research with pre- and post-test in a single group. An observation form was used for data collection, which was applied to a census population of 10 5- year-old children from an early childhood education institution. The results obtained in the Student's T test showed that the children improved their gross motor skills as a result of the application of the experimental program. The pre and post test averages showed a significant difference from an initial average of 2 to a final average of 3, concluding that there was a significant improvement in gross motor skills in the census population.Programa de Talleres de Psicomotricidad “Dominando mi Cuerpo” para Mejorar la Motricidad Gruesa desde el Aula Virtual en los Niños y Niñas de 5 años de una Institución Educativa de Nivel Inicial Yanahuara - Arequipa 2021
