Abstract This research, titled "Verbal Games Workshops to Develop Oral Communication in 4-Year-Old Children at the Francisco Bolognesi Early Education Institution, Cayma District, Arequipa - 2022," aims to address the various difficulties that affect oral communication using games as a strategy, which significantly contributes to the optimal development of individuals. The methodology used is a qualitative approach, action research with a spiral design, which links practice with pedagogical research. The results obtained from the application of the verbal games workshops reflect this. The singing, word, and thought games had a positive impact as effective learning strategies, showing students that weaknesses can be turned into strengths by overcoming barriers that hinder communication, such as fear, insecurity, and lack of self-confidence, both at home and in their daily lives. It is important to emphasize that throughout this process, the obtained results demonstrate that children learn to communicate in a fun way through different games.
