Resumen
The present investigation entitled Cooperative game to develop social skills in children
of the Benigno Ballón Farfán Educational Institution of the Paucarpata district, 2022; whose
purpose is to develop social skills in 4-year-old children.
The methodology for this study is of a qualitative approach of the type applied at a
descriptive level called participatory action. The data collection to determine the problem was
used the technique of observation, whose instruments were: the observation sheet for the
children, the interview with the parents, the interview with the classroom teacher; and for the
collection of information, the same observation technique was applied with the instruments:
checklist, field diary and the heat map as an instrument to evaluate the workshops.
The population and sample consisted of twenty children (15 boys and five girls). For
this research, the consent of the director of the initial educational center as well as the parents
was obtained.
The results obtained after developing the cooperative game workshops in children for
the development of their social skills is that the majority present a significant improvement in
basic skills, advanced skills and skills related to feelings.
