| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this research work was to improve the production of narrative texts through the application of educational software: storyjumper in the 4th grade students of primary education of the I.E. 40179: Teodoro Nunez Ureta; since this program has elements that motivate the student to write. The type of research worked was qualitative and the design - action; This is because it understands and explains the behavior of a group, phenomenon or fact, making use of data collection and analysis, in order to improve research questions or reveal new ones in the interpretation process. We worked with a sample of 20 students to whom an action plan consisting of 3 workshops and 15 learning sessions was applied, taking into account the proper use of textual properties (coherence, cohesion, adequacy), the correct use of the orthographic norms (capital letters, punctuation, accentuation) and the development of the didactic processes (planning, textualization, revision), in this perspective it can be deduced that the majority of the students improved in the production of narrative texts, since they are now at the process and advanced level.
