Resumen

The present research titled, “Improving Emotional Intelligence through Interactive Workshops in 5th “B” Primary School students” has the general objective of managing Emotional Intelligence through Interactive Workshops in 5th B Primary Education students. of the Educational Institution 40048 Antonio José de Sucre for this, the problem was first identified where through the interactive workshops the improvement of Emotional Intelligence will be promoted and encouraged since this responds to a progress in the qualities where it can be recognized and Managing one's own emotions and those of others is a vital skill that impacts not only academic performance, but also the ability of students to relate, collaborate and resolve conflicts at school, which is based on self-motivation and living consciously. Social relations. The methodology responds to the qualitative design approach in action research that begins with the formulation of a problem with the participation of researchers to improve situations of the same educational social practice. Its population, unit of analysis was 27 students, of which 15 are women and 12 men with approximately 10 and 11 years of age. The teacher's questionnaire was used as a technique, as well as the Test Bar On instrument for students. and as an observation technique and as an instrument, the field diary, which helped us obtain results. The main results demonstrated that the interactive workshops helped to successfully manage interpersonal intelligence, while few students showed improvement in the self-control category, which was demonstrated with the focused testimony question guide technique.
