Resumen
The research was carried out at the Educational Institution 40038 Jorge Basadre Grohmann, which is located in the district of José Luis Bustamante y Rivero on Sangarará Street No. 100 of the Urb. Alto de la Luna - Ciudad Satélite - Arequipa. In this research, the objective was to strengthen the production of texts through dramatization in students of the 3rd “D” of the Educational Institution 40038 Jorge Basadre Grohmann - Arequipa 2023. As for the methodology, it is experimental of participatory action because it is oriented to understand the educational context by trying to improve it, in collaboration and following reflection. The sample was made up of 27 third grade “D” primary school students. The improvement of verbal expression skills and text production was evident in the students: Dramatization proved to be an effective strategy to improve verbal expression skills in third grade children. Students who participated in dramatization activities showed greater command of oral language and greater fluency when expressing ideas. The role-play provided children with a space to explore and express a variety of emotions. This emotional exploration enriched the quality of writing, allowing students to convey emotions more effectively in their texts.
